Houston, we have a wedding!

Last month my girlfriend and I attended a wedding in Houston, Texas for her good friend. I brought a Canon 6D equipped with Magic Lantern's latest firmware and a 24-72mm Canon Lens. I cut together a quick video highlighting our trip to the John Space Center, which was absolutely incredible. We took a tour of the campus which featured the Christopher Kraft building that housed the famous mission control room where NASA engineers put a man on the moon and saved the crew of Apollo 13. We also got to see NASA's cryogenic vacuum chambers where they were currently testing the new James Webb telescope that's scheduled to launch sometime in 2019.
Last stop on the tour was "Building 9",  which is the Space Vehicle Mockup Facility. On display, were training modules for the International Space Station, Orion Spacecraft and various rover prototypes. Although the facilities are still testing new spacecraft in various stages, the campus was still pretty desolate. It was fascinating and eerie at the same time to think of what once was at the Johnson Space Center in the 1960's. When the general public's interest in space travel was in my opinion, at it's highest. But I could be wrong, and I hope I am.
