Picking up
After working on a series of mobile ads for Samsung USA, I got back to shooting various interviews with patients and their experiences.
Jean was shy and quiet at the beginning but warmed up by the end of the shoot, as if she had forgotten about her anxieties.
George and Kayann, married for 40 years. Great people. I heard their life story and put together a commercial currently running on Optimum and streaming platforms. Set to run until the end of April.

Cinema cameras aren’t just point, shoot, edit, and done. RED cameras shoot in something called RAW.
In post-production RAW gives you the ability to access the original camera sensor data and change settings after the fact. Settings like exposure, white balance, and iso. It’s not the same as adding a filter or color correcting a video clip like an mp4.
The RAW format shoots content almost black and white for more flexibility for color grading. Practically all footage out of camera has to be color graded and match to other cameras if needed.
